Please follow the procedures listed when requesting funds from PTC.
1. Complete PTC Request for Funds form.
2. Upon completion, submit the form to the building Principal.
3. The Principal will make a recommendation for approval. At that point, if the request is recommended, it will be forwarded to the PTC President by the Principal.
4. You will receive notification of the status of your request.
If you prefer not to receive a paper check for your allocation, please follow this process to get reimbursed via Zelle.
